Our return policy is valid only for 7 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Products that have been consumed, opened, used, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return.

To request a return, please contact us on 074 010 4208 or email pharmarthr@gmail.com with your receipt or proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email. Once we receive your request, we will review it and guide you on the return process.

We do not offer exchanges for our products.

Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed and will only be considered in selected cases after review by Pharmart.lk. Refunds may be considered for issues such as wrong item delivered, defective product, duplicate payment, unavailable item after payment, or an approved cancellation before dispatch.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after review.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item unless the return is due to an error from our side, such as a wrong item being delivered or a defective product.

Processing Time
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected and reviewed. Any approved refund or resolution will be processed within 7 business days.
